Martin Haselböck, Austria
For more than 25 years, organist, conductor and
harpsichordist Martin Haselböck has pursued a concert career that has taken him around
the world and which has resulted in more than 50 recordings. He has appeared with major
orchestras and as a regular guest at prestigious festivals worldwide, has premiered many
new works and has been a jury member for many international organ competitions. Mr.
Haselböck is Titulaire of two of Vienna’s most prestigious churches, conducting
music at St. Augustine’s and serving as Court Organist at the Vienna Court Chapel. He
has been a Professor of Organ at Musikhochschule Lübeck since 1986, and conductor of the
Wiener Academie, a period-instrument orchestra, since 1985.
