GMN Premium provides you with an ongoing service giving entry to a private area of the GMN site containing content that is only available to subscribers, together with a choice of free CDs each month. Various promotions will be run throughout the year at our discretion including subscription price point offers to gain new subscribers and special offers to existing subscribers. Your use of GMN Premium constitutes your agreement to our terms and conditions.

2. The GMN Premium service

Our commitment to you is to provide an ongoing service of new, rich and interesting content together with a good choice of free CDs each month. You are responsible for subscribing to this service and for the equipment that you use to access the content. We provide a team of professionals and creatives to deliver this service with excellence.

3. Necessary modifications

It may occasionally be necessary to modify or alter or even disable the site temporarily or permanently. You will agree that GMN shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or suspension. GMN may alter these Terms of Service as required, but will post a prominent notice upon the website to notify of any impending changes.

4. Payments and charges

GMN will charge you at the published prices on the website. You will pay charges according to the ratecard for the period that you have chosen. GMN reserves the right to change the amount of any charges and apply new charges effective upon prior notice. Your right to use the service is dependent upon payments being collected and processed. If payment cannot be charged through the agreed manner, GMN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and all its obligations to you as a subscriber.

5. Transferability of Subscription

GMN regrets that it is not possible to transfer your subscription to any third party. Gift subscriptions are available for those wishing to purchase GMN Premium for another person.

6. Subscription

You are committed to the subscription/registration process, for making and maintaining payments and for the security of your password.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Subscribers that pay on a monthly basis will have their service continued unless they wish to unsubscribe. Members that have bought a special offer package (3,6 or 12 months) will automatically have their membership continued at the end of the initial offer term by monthly credit card charge of $9.99. To cancel your subscription, you must give one month's notice in writing (by email) to premium@gmn.com. In the case of a Gift subscriptions, the recipient of the gift will be given the option to renew before the end of the term of their subscription.

8. Links

GMN Premium will from time to time offer links to third parties that provide interesting content that you may enjoy. We have no control over such sites and resources and cannot therefore be held responsible for the availability or ensuing changes to content, or from any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by such services and links.

9. Our agreement

You understand and agree that the use of this service is at your sole risk. Any downloads or usage of the service will be entirely at your own discretion. GMN will make all reasonable efforts to ensure a continuity of service that will be uninterrupted, secure and error free, and to ensure that the website, the content and the servers on which the materials are available are free of viruses and other harmful components. You may not use the Premium Channel for any illegal purpose or make commercially available any part of the content.
