1. Your security
At GMN.com you are protected while you shop, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. GMN.com uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. You place your orders using SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) - this encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email your password to the email address you have listed in your GMN account.

Note: GMN.com NEVER shares your information with other companies or outside sources. Your information can only be accessed by GMN.

3. Pricing and Availability
What we do about mispricings:
* If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item.
* If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you for instructions before dispatching.

When we charge your card:
We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. At the same time, we will send you an email to let you know that your order is on its way. We will also include the order details and the amount charged to your credit card. Confirming availability and price:
All titles are available unless marked "out of stock" or "not available". Beyond this, we are unable to be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.

We cannot confirm the price until you order, but please note that we do NOT charge credit or debit cards until the date we send your order to you!

4. Returns
At GMN.com we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us and so our returns policy is simple. If you are unhappy with the CD you have purchased for any reason, you may return it to us in original condition, along with the original packaging, within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error.

Simply e-mail us (returns@gmn.com) to request return instructions and a Return Authorization number. In your message, be sure to include:

Your order number
The title(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from GMN.com. Unfortunately our returns center cannot process exchanges.

Once you have received your Return Authorization number, please write it and the reason for your return in the space provided on the packing slip. This will allow us to serve you better in the future. Enclose the packing slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to:

For your protection, please use a recorded delivery service for shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

GMN.com reserves the right to cancel or amend this Returns Policy without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via email.

See the complete description of our shipping policy. Incidentally, when you fill out our online order form, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your inspection. We gladly ship anywhere in the world and have several overseas shipping options.

 What about your Returns Policy?

We can't confirm the price until you order an item, but please note that we never charge a credit card for special order items until we actually ship them to a customer, so you never pay for an item unless you actually receive it.

 Do you have a particular CD title, or can you get it?

Everything that we currently have available can be found through our search feature. We don't have any more information than what is already listed at our site. The CDs are not at this location so we can't look up any information.

 Can you tell me what is happening to my order?

You can check the status of your account and your orders at any time through the "Account" link in the Shopping Cart. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password. You will then be able to see your account information where you can examine your orders; you can also change your e-mail address or password if you wish.

 Can I fax or mail in my order?

GMN will be accepting fax orders very soon using toll-free fax numbers for both the United States and the United Kingdom. To use our fax ordering system you will need to select this payment method option from the shopping cart. You will be asked to complete an online form, which can then be printed and faxed to our office.

 My order is overdue - where is it?

Our policy is to wait 15 days before declaring a United States order lost. We wait 30 days for shipments outside the United States. If you are not in the United States, you should check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, please contact us and be sure to include your order number.
